Rajesh’s Grasshopper

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 3 cl double cream 

  • 3 cl creme de cacao

  • 3 cl creme de menthe

How to:

Pour into shaker, dry shake first just like you would any other cream or egg based cocktail. Then add some ice and shake until cold and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with grated chocolate.
